The authentic flavors of Grandma
Zero-kilometer cuisine
Our cuisine is based on the principle of simplicity and respect for local tradition, evoking the humility and authenticity of recipes born from peasant knowledge. We use only top-quality ingredients, including vegetables with an intense and genuine flavor, some of which are grown directly on our lands, carefully following natural cycles to ensure the excellence of the ingredients. This selection allows us to rediscover and enhance traditional preparations and flavors once thought lost. Moreover, La Locanda di Nonna Mena follows the rhythm of the seasons, with a constantly evolving menu reflecting our commitment to sustainability and environmental care.
Please note that our kitchen is not equipped to prepare dishes specifically designed for customers with celiac disease.
